The virtues of Horus wands or Pharaoh's cylinders
Their use is very simple and within everyone's reach:
Sit comfortably with your legs uncrossed. Take in your left hand the Shungite cylinder (black) symbolizing the feminine yin principle and in your right hand the Steatite cylinder (dark grey) symbolizing the masculine yang principle. Breathe, close your eyes and concentrate on the sensations that come to you.
A session can last from 5-30min depending on how you feel and its beneficial effects will be felt over a period of two days.
For optimal long-term effects, practice this exercise about 2 times a day for two weeks, then take a break for at least a month.
This practice is not recommended for people suffering from heart disease, acute hypertonia, intense stress, nervous and psychological disorders, acute chronic infectious diseases and pregnancy.
