Different types of tools (sticks, rollers, gua sha, rollers)

To enjoy the benefits of these natural wonders, you can use various types of tools during a massage.

Massage sticks

Green Aventurine massage sticks

To start with, I'm going to tell you about the classic massage sticks, sometimes also called "massage crystals". They've been used since the dawn of time by practitioners the world over for curative purposes.

Various types of massage can be performed using them, such as effleurages (circular, concentric, etc.) or free massages dictated by your intuition.

The shape of the sticks is specifically designed for massages. Their tips are either rounded or pointed for a more targeted treatment. They can be used by a therapist or by yourself.

Don't forget to purify your stick regularly.

Find out more about massage sticks on our dedicated page.

Massage rollers

Obsidian massage rollers

Massage rollers, also known as Jade rollers, are used on the face and neck on a daily basis and are very easy to handle.

One of the special features of the massage roller is that it has two ends of different sizes, enabling it to reach all areas of your face and neck, even the most delicate.

Thanks to this ancestral Chinese beauty tool, your complexion is clear and radiant.

If you'd like to find out more, read our page on massage rollers.

The gua sha

Pink Quartz Gua sha

The gua sha is also of Chinese origin and literally means " to scrape away disease". It is a massage/scraping tool that can take on many different forms (mushroom, wings, heart, etc.).

Its use is more complex than that of a massage roller and needs to be less frequent (2-3 times a week and not daily). It should be noted that these two techniques can be perfectly complementary.
