Virtues Rose Quartz

Emotional Properties

Rose quartz carries an energy of love, tenderness and calm. It gently embraces our heart, soothing us and teaching us to love ourselves and others. It soothes old wounds in the heart area, whether caused by violence, childhood trauma or a particularly difficult heartbreak.
When the wounded heart has become covered by a hard shell, rose quartz invites us to dissolve it and allow the heart to open up again, teaching us to trust in love.
Its great gentleness calms anger, anxiety and hyperactivity.

Where to use rose quartz

Soothing and protective, it is particularly suited to bedrooms, where it promotes sleep and inner peace. As well as in all places and situations where the need for love is felt.
