Flint - Horned stone

A stone steeped in history, used since prehistoric times to light fires, make weapons and utensils (mainly in the form of knives, arrowheads and spearheads), flint was also worn as an amulet to protect against danger, ward off negative energies and draw strength and courage from potential enemies.

A stone of courage and self-esteem, flint encourages you to take your place and set your limits, without allowing yourself to be carried away by anger or manipulated by your fears. It teaches you to gather your strengths and resources before taking action, rather than rushing headlong into it.

In energy treatment, a flint knife is highly effective in detaching all unwanted etheric bodies clinging to a person's subtle bodies, thus promoting a deep cleansing of the energy fields.

On a physical level, flint can help improve intestinal flora, regenerate skin, respiratory tracts and lungs. It also has detoxifying properties, particularly for mucous membranes.

Flint in mineralogy

Flint is a quartz of the oxide class, which may contain chalcedony and jasper.
Its hues range from beige to gray, brown or black, with occasional lighter, darker or colored bands, mainly in yellow or red tones.
