What are the properties and benefits of Malachite-Azurite in lithotherapy?
Malachite-Azurite symbols
In ancient Egypt, Malachite was used to create pigments and talismans, symbolizing transformations of the spirit and protection.
Azurite was valued by the Greeks, and later by the Romans, as an oracle stone imbued with wisdom.
However, the combination of these two copper-rich minerals in a single stone seems to have been unknown since antiquity.
Modern esoteric traditions refer to Malachite-Azurite as a stone of transition and awakening of the spirit, signifying the reconciliation of emotions (Malachite) with intuition (Azurite).
The spiritual virtues of Malachite-Azurite
Malachite-Azurite combines the lithotherapy virtues of its two constituent stones: on the one hand, Malachite, through its protection and absorption of negative energies, promotes emotional unblocking; on the other, Azurite facilitates mental clarity and concentration, acting on intuition by stimulating the third eye chakra.
Its combined effects on the emotional, mental and spiritual planes create a powerful synergy in lithotherapy, balancing emotions and clarifying ideas, manifesting an alignment of the heart with the forces of the unconscious, an inner state ready to embark on an intimate path of transformation.
It will be an adjunct to deep meditation and energy healing practices, and a companion in times of transition and awareness.
On a physical level
The physical effects of Malachite-Azurite have not been scientifically proven, but are based on a hermetic tradition that attributes it with the ability to improve psychic abilities and heal joint pain and inflammation.
