What are its benefits?
When you know that discouragement is near, when an emotional mess is pulling you in all directions, when you feel weak or powerless, Arborized Agate can bring you a welcome sense of security to study your situation with a clearer mind and less confused by your inner turmoil.
Like the tree that spreads its roots further and further out to find water and nutrients and its branches higher and higher up to soak up light, it encourages you to become aware of your own strengths, and to draw on your own resources to face and overcome difficulties, anxiety-provoking, uncomfortable or destabilizing situations. Does a root stop growing because a pebble blocks its path? No, it adapts.

- To promote plant growth or healing , place Tree Agates in the soil at the foot of the plant.
- Wear your stone directly on the skin, preferably close to the heart chakra. A pendant is ideal, but if you don't like wearing a necklace, a bracelet will work too.

Tree Agate (also called Tree Agate or Tree Agate) is not an Agate, but a coarse white Quartz with inclusions of chlorite (various iron silicates) in the cleavages. It is a silicon oxide with iron, manganese and silica. The green patterns resembling a multitude of fine roots are iron silicate inclusions.
Where to find Tree Agate
The only known significant deposits are in India.
Did you know?
Tree Agate is often confused with Moss Agate and Dendritic Agate. Dendritic Agate features black manganese dendrites and Moss Agate features iron silicate inclusions forming green mossy patterns trapped inside the stone, whereas the iron silicate inclusions of Tree Agate form sharp patterns in the veins of the opaque white quartz.
History of the Tree Agate
Its name comes from the time when all stones with "patterns" were called Agates . Arborisée comes from its "green patterns" resembling trees and roots. It is also known as Tree Agate or Arborized Agate. Until the 1990s, no distinction was made between this stone, Moss Agate and Dendritic Agate, but all have historically symbolized the Earth's prosperity, abundant harvests and fertility.
