What are the lithotherapy properties of raw Budstone?

Patience and resilience - Liberation - Balance and mastery - Determination - Pain relief

In lithotherapy, your African Jade stone channels energies such as anger and resentment, which might otherwise destabilize you. Renunciation is not about accepting everything and waiting for it to happen, for the path of spiritual evolution is not one of submission but of liberation. Rather, renunciation is a change of perspective that leads to action on events or matter, with a goal in sight, an objective for balance and mastery of problems.

There can be no true determination and realistic aspiration to balance without calm and impassivity: that's what this stone teaches.

This means seeking to understand the Other, their weaknesses and their value. Our own balance is intimately linked to the balance in our relationships.

Budstone is also highly effective against headaches and migraines, thanks to its detoxifying effect in releasing energies exclusively linked to pain. Not identifying with your own pain, but giving it its rightful place, is undeniably part of a quest for balance and liberation.

Mineralogy of your African jade

Your stone is a silicate with iron, chromium - which gives it its beautiful leek-green color - magnesium and lithium. It can be opaque or more or less transparent, with a pearly or vitreous lustre. It is called "Budstone" to denote its South African origin and differentiate it from other Quartz prase and Prasiolites.
African jade is a hard stone, with a Mohs hardness of 7.
