Handcrafted in France, the Koshi® River wind chime is part of the Earth Symphony collection, which features four wind chimes inspired by the Earth’s great landscapes: River, Mountain, Forest, and Ocean. Tuned to 440 Hz, it features twelve strings, four of which are doubled at the same frequencies. These “sympathetic resonators” extend each note and give it a rich, supple sound. The four chimes in the collection are tuned to respond to one another in harmony: each retains its own character while contributing to the overall balance of the ensemble.
