What are the lithotherapy benefits of your Lizardite pendant?

Protection - Anchoring - Transformation - Stabilization

Its symbols and colors link it to the season of renewal: Lizardite is in many ways an allegory of spring. It imposes itself on forces that slumber or stagnate for lack of exposure to light, transforming and releasing vital energy from a cocoon.

Virtues

What was frozen, if not petrified, comes back to life through its contact with lithotherapy. Lizardite is a stone of rebirth, whose reassuring protection gives us the courage to move forward.

This renewed anchorage thus revitalizes roots and the link to the Earth; and the accompaniment of stone can reveal to the blinded mind what is nevertheless self-evident: growth always takes place in the present, provided we open up to the world to feel beyond the wounds of the past and the fears they have forged.

The stone's enchantment thus encourages soothing introspection. Nature carries healing within it. The result is a stabilized mood and a revitalized ability to take a step back, to put into perspective what may have hurt you, soothing resentment and anger in a desire for balance and fair and just actions.

Consciousness can then mature. This evolution of the mind can pave the way for deep meditation, a form of spiritual awakening, conducive to purification and peace through the reconciliation and alignment of energies.

Mineralogy of your Lizardite necklace

Discovered in the mid-1950s in England, on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall, Lizardite is a polymorph of Serpentine, like Antigorite and Chrysotile.

The product of hydrothermal metamorphosis of mafic minerals in ultrabasic minerals, it is characterized by its spring-green color, its waxy appearance and its compact mass in thin layers with a fibrous or scaly appearance.

Deposits have been identified and exploited in Norway, Switzerland, Italy, the UK and elsewhere in the USA, Japan and Russia.

Its hardness is relative: 2.5 on the Mohs scale.
