What are the everyday benefits of my Howlite pendant?

In lithotherapy

Do not confuse white Howlite with Magnesite. In addition to its benefits in enhancing our sense of justice, it's a stone with soothing properties. A Howlite necklace can help you open your eyes in times of confusion and doubt. It tends to reduce anxiety and stress.

White Howlite encourages you to reach your goals by becoming aware of your inner resources.

Howlite helps keep your hair, bones and nails in tip-top shape.

Its mineralogy

Howlite is a mineral composed mainly of hydroxylated calcium borosilicate. It is porous, white or grayish, and veined on the surface. Howlite and white howlite are the same mineral.

It is mainly the result of the chemistry of volcanic ash in contact with water and can sometimes occur naturally as small crystals.

The blue Howlites are actually Magnesites tinted to imitate turquoise - they're called "Turquenites".
