Obsidian is the stone of truth, from which we can hide nothing. It is a stone of introspection that brings our shadows to the fore, inviting us to move through them and free ourselves from our patterns, masks (false self) and limiting beliefs.
Snowflake Obsidian helps balance yin and yang energies.

Although Snowflake Obsidian is the softest of all the Obsidian varieties, I would advise against choosing this stone if you only wish to use it for relaxation and well-being. On the other hand, it is very effective in the context of holistic therapy, as it encourages you to dig deeper.

Obsidian works primarily on the 1st (root) chakra, but can be used on any part of the body according to the patient's needs.
