Hello, it's normal not to physically feel the egg because it's its energy that you learn to feel. If you do feel it (in terms of weight), it's because it's too heavy and this would be harmful to the perineum in the long term. In my opinion, the advantage of the Yoni egg is to (re)connect to your Yoni, to your intimacy, to your sex, to your womb and to feel, during relaxation sessions dedicated to this, the energy of the egg spreading through your body. It's not advisable to wear the yoni egg for long periods while standing, as it's really not good for the perineum. The aim is rather the deep relaxation of all the tissues surrounding the egg and of the body in general.
