The benefits of Pharaoh's cylinders

Their use is simple and accessible to all:

Sit comfortably, legs uncrossed and take in your right hand the Steatite cylinder (grey) symbolizing masculine Yang energies and in your left hand the Shungite cylinder (black) acting on the feminine Yin principle. Close your eyes, breathe, relax, clear your head and concentrate on the sensations coursing through your body.

A session can last between 5-30min depending on how you feel.

For optimal long-term results, practice this exercise twice a day for two weeks, then take a break for at least a month.
