What are the properties and benefits of Rolled Chromium Diopside in lithotherapy?

Release and healing of emotional wounds - Acceptance / Peace of mind - Renewal / Regeneration - Dynamism and vitality

Vibrant and intense, the magnificent green color of Chromium Diopside is explained by the presence of chromium in the stone's composition.

Virtues

In lithotherapy, tradition attributes to it the property of releasing complex emotions, and by their elaboration, helping to regain dynamism and preserve the simple, but oh so vital, joy of being there.

It soothes and repairs through introspection, guiding you on a lucid and liberating path of acceptance, forgiveness and empathy.

Through its symbols linked to the cycles of life, it shows the way to change, calling on us to shed the burdens of the past so that renewal can come.

The wounds of the spirit, the anxiety that expresses them, if they are part of your memory, are not for all that devoid of illusions, and sometimes the expression of guilt that has its share of the imaginary. The stone will support you in a change of perspective, involving revisiting your values to reveal what you may have overlooked in your apprehension of the pain that afflicts you.

The energy that feeds anxiety and energy that feeds balance and the evolution of the spirit are the same. The path of self-discovery finds its metaphor in the transformation of a poison into an elixir. The fascinating charm of Diopside is a companion in this metamorphosis.

Physical properties

The physical benefits of Diopside have not been scientifically proven. However, according to tradition, it is beneficial to the even distribution of energies throughout the human body.

With its calming effect, the stone could help balance the diet, helping to reduce sugar absorption and limit compulsive eating. With this benefit to dynamism and stability, it could also help revitalize a state of exhaustion or convalescence.

Mineralogy of your rolled Diopside

Diopside is a silicate of magnesium and calcium, essentially containing these two minerals. Added to this is a long list of other minerals: silica, manganese, zinc, fluorine, sodium, titanium, chromium, iron and vanadium. The proportion of these last three will determine the color of the stone; thus, the marked presence of chromium in Chromium-Diopside will give it its deep green color. It can also be white, black, green or grey.

It is most often found in aggregate form. Its hardness ranges from 5.5 and 6.5 on the Mohs scale - making it a fairly hard stone.

Its origins may be Indian, Sri Lankan, Burmese, Pakistani or Russian in Asia; Malagasy or South African in Africa, Brazilian in America, or Finnish in Europe.
