What are the benefits of rolled Magnesite stone?

Relaxation - Balance - Peace and Serenity - Self-love - Patience - Stability - Soothed emotions - Tolerance

The virtues of your rolled Magnesite stone relate to relaxation, stability and self-image.

In lithotherapy, in your daily pocket, this polished stone can be used against loss of self-control, mental overload, and to prevent or treat bouts of stress and anxiety.

Its properties invite you to connect with yourself in a peaceful and gentle way to calm your thoughts. Freeing the emotions, the path it proposes emphasizes the importance of loving yourself by addressing your emotions and feelings without letting them take over.

Freed from over-judgment of your feelings, you'll gain an intimate understanding of the importance of patience and tolerance in achieving mental clarity. Achieving this balance and distancing yourself from your perceptions, will be a great help to you in concentrating and using your memory.

At the physical level

Although its powers on the physical plane are not recognized by science, tradition has it that Magnesite can help with muscular pains due to nervousness - due to the large amount of magnesium in its composition.

It is also renowned for its action on digestion, helping to burn fat when dieting, to avoid compulsive eating, and for its effects on colic and spasms.

Another effect would be to soothe migraines and all headaches.

For a treatment, it should be applied directly to the affected area. Or, in case of magnesium deficiency or weight-loss diet, directly into the water of a pitcher or your usual gourd.

What other rolled stones can you combine it with?

To intensify the benefits of rolled Magnesite, in lithotherapy you can combine it with complementary minerals such as :

Notes on the mineralogy of your rolled stone

Before the early 19th century, when it was first identified, Magnesite could be confused with lime.

It's a magnesium carbonate that may contain iron, manganese, calcium, cobalt or nickel, which explains the variations in its most common colors: white, yellowish or grayish-white.

Blue or blue-green Magnesite is a tinted stone called Turquenite. It is sometimes misleadingly sold as Turquoise or Chrysocolla. Be vigilant!

Its hardness ranges from 3.5 to 4.5 on the Mohs scale. It should be handled with care and caution to avoid scratching when in contact with other, harder minerals.

Origins: Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Brazil, USA, China, Zimbabwe.
