The benefits and properties of a rolled Angelite stone

In lithotherapy

Angelite, also known as Blue Anhydrite and nicknamed "Angel Stone", helps you stay connected to your protector.

It's a very spiritual stone and a soft aura. Its calming properties enable deep sleep and intense relaxation. For this reason, it is often placed above the beds of small children.

Like Lapis lazuli or Sodalite, it encourages you to express what you don't dare say and what "blocks" you, especially in the throat area.

Mineralogy

Rolled Angelite, polished by natural or artificial erosion, differs from rough Angelite in two important respects: the surface of a rolled stone is generally more regular and rounded, less porous than that of a rough stone - so a rolled stone is more resistant to the chemical aggressions of the environment, as well as to shocks. Because of the reflections of its lustrous surfaces, rolled Angelite also has more pronounced and homogeneous colors than its rough version.

Its orthorhombic crystal structure and chemical composition remain unchanged: this semi-precious stone belongs to the sulfate group, its color ranges from light blue to grayish, its hardness is 3.5 on the Mohs scale and its density is 2.9 g/cm3.
