I liked your package very much. Unfortunately, I didn't understand how to tighten and loosen the sliding knot and it came undone. So I can't put it on right now.

Hello David,
Oh dear! I'm sorry the knot came undone. You can either redo a simple knot, or redo the slip knot, there are lots of tutorials on youtube.or if you don't live too far away, drop by the store and we'll redo it for you.
