What are the lithotherapy virtues of a beryl stone bracelet?

Balance - Support - Effective emotional control - Soothing

All Beryls are closely linked to emotions. Nervousness, worry and anxiety are widespread, perhaps due to the stress of modern life. Perhaps with good reason. But that's not the point. Thousand-year-old universal wisdom teaches us that what counts is not so much the real or imaginary weight we carry, but the strength and courage we oppose it with.

If you have a tendency to get nervous and turn up the heat quickly, an important virtue of Beryl is to support you in preserving or regaining your composure. It will be a great help in stressful situations, so that you don't lose your balance when your nerves get the better of you; so that this disruptive energy, instead of exploding in a banal fit of hubris, is channeled into physical or intellectual effort to help you get out of a tight spot.
Likewise, Beryl helps you to be more efficient and decisive if your temperament is a little indecisive.

The Beryl in your bracelet can help you understand that the energy we spend getting angry or anxious is the same energy we use to create or overcome an uncomfortable situation.

Physical benefits of beryl

While a Beryl bracelet will be particularly appreciated by those with a sanguine temperament, whom it helps to soothe, on a physical level, it helps the liver, as well as eyeglass wearers.

If you're looking for the harmony and balance that universal love brings, you can also find a natural Emerald bracelet created with beads of this stone - and learn more about its properties in lithotherapy.
