Why create jewelry with Obsidian beads?

Aesthetics

These stones are of great beauty. They fascinate and inspire with their mystery. Whether black, snowflake or mahogany, high-gloss or matte, their colors match a wide range of hues.

Lithotherapy

It is a formidable stone of introspection, which brilliantly accompanies and who wish to get to know themselves better and move towards their own authenticity. It encourages you to visit your shadows and transform them into fertile compost, so you can plant your creative seeds in soil where they can grow and flourish in complete freedom.

Snowflake Obsidian helps balance your Yin and Yang polarities and encourages you to find your center, your balance, reminding you that, like day and night, there is no duality but the union of opposites.

Rainbow Obsidian shows you that shadows have wonderful colors and lights too, that nothing is all black and white and that everything has meaning.

Golden Obsidian connects you to solar forces to help you cross over your shadows and transform what needs to be transformed.

A jewel created with Obsidian beads can be a particularly powerful talisman or object of power.

Mineralogy

Obsidian is formed when the lava that erupted from the earth's belly cooled rapidly and , in the process, had no time to crystallize.

Its geological history may have caused it to incorporate impurities, which are responsible for its variations, such as its rusty color when it contains iron, or the inclusion of gas, which creates a rainbow effect in the case of Obsidian, known as Celestial Eye.
