How do you use apophyllite?
In lithotherapy
This stone has many healing properties in crystal therapy.
On a spiritual level, it is a soothing stone that can create the calm necessary to connect both with one’s intuition and with the higher planes of the mind. It fosters a clear, methodical mind—one that is fueled by the insight essential for envisioning the future or an idea. With this stone, it is possible to remain positive and clear-headed even in the eye of the storm.
Looking at your own selfishness isn’t easy. But by becoming aware of your self-centered behavior, you can break through the barriersof a previously limited view of your place in the world. Opening up your own mental framework—which is often inherited without you even realizing it—will help you understand and accept your own limitations: as you become more self-aware, your generosity and capacity for love will help you grow as a human being.
Its physical properties are no less remarkable: it is said to help alleviate problems with bones, cartilage, and teeth. It also helps clear blockages in the respiratory system by stimulating the immune system. It can be beneficial for any health issues involving low energy, as well as for asthma and other respiratory diseases.
You can enhance its spiritual effects by placing it on the third eye or crown chakra. Or by placing it on your heart and wearing it every day.

AirApophyllite in Mineralogy
Apophyllite forms in volcanic ash. It can be white, green, pink, purple, red, orange, or gray, brown, or yellowish in color. Its luster can be vitreous or pearly.
It may fluoresce under ultraviolet light.
Its Mohs hardness is 4.5 to 5.
Apophyllite is no longer considered a single mineral. It is actually composed of three minerals: hydroxyapophyllite (white, colorless), (K)fluorapophyllite (white, colorless, yellow, pink, green), and (Na)fluorapophyllite, which is very rare (brown, yellow, colorless).
Together, these three form the phyllosilicates, which are characterized by their layered structure. Furthermore, the name derives from the Greek apophyllízo (ἀποφυλλίζω), which means “to separate into layers.”
*Please note! Some minerals may be toxic and must not be licked or ingested (as such or in the form of powder, elixir or stone water) or be in prolonged contact with the skin or mucous membranes.
