Fossilized wood or petrified wood
Black silicified wood, raw, rolled stones, minerals, pearls and jewelry
Fossilized wood is around 220 million years old. These are tree trunks and branches from the age of the dinosaurs that have been transformed into stone, composed of hydrated silicon dioxide. Also known as silicified wood or petrified wood.

What are the virtues and properties of fossilized wood in lithotherapy?
Fossilized Wood is the grandfather tree who tells us stories of a distant time when Mother Earth was covered by immense, luxuriant forests.
Its significance in lithotherapy is that of memory, knowledge and the wisdom of the earth. It invites you to focus on what's essential and take a fresh look at your history. With it, it becomes easier to break old family patterns and avoid continuing to suffer transgenerational wounds and memories.
It teaches you the wisdom of the Tree: to have deep, healthy and vigorous roots so you can rise vertically and spread your branches skyward. Your roots guarantee you the benefits of a solid framework, a stable structure and infallible balance.
Petrified Wood is excellent for stimulating or restoring memory - or for preventing or slowing the progression of age-related or illness-related mobility difficulties, or for supporting the bone system.
Calm and collected by nature, fossil wood soothes boisterous children and invites you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of your life to refocus on your inner self.
How to use fossilized wood
Everyday, in your pocket or socks to work on your roots.
When fuzzy and painful memories arise, or when you wish to recall an event, or during meditation or relaxation, a Petrified Wood can help you look back on the past with greater clarity and serenity.
Having a fossilized Wood with you can be beneficial when researching your genealogy and origins.
Where to place a Fossilized Wood?

EarthMineralogy of petrified wood
The petrification of wood occurs when it is buried for tens or millions of years under sediment, where it becomes impregnated with minerals. The appearance of the wood is thus preserved, but silicates in particular will replace any trace of organic matter. The color of fossils can then vary according to the impurities and composition of the minerals, or the angle of view and lighting, due to their pleochroism. Red hues, for example, may come from iron, green from chromium, black from carbon, and so on.
