Do you know where your products come from?

Yes, because we travel all over the world to meet craftsmen and select our products directly on site.

Where do your articles come from?

Most of our handicrafts come from Nepal or India. As for the stones, they come from a wide variety of countries, so we can offer you such a wide choice. The origin is indicated in the description of each item.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

You can pay by Visa, Master card, Postcard and Postfinance, Twint, Paypal, bank transfer and also on invoice or in-store if you choose the "in-store pick-up" option when ordering.

Can I pay later?

Yes, thanks to payment by invoice.

Is it safe to pay by credit card?

Of course you can! We have a secure 256 bit SSL encrypted connection with Payrex

Delivery and returns

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery is free of charge for orders over 50.00 without tracking. Costs are calculated on the basis of the current postal rate, the destination country, the weight and size of your package. You can view shipping options and rates in your shopping cart before confirming your order.

What are the delivery methods?

Deliveries are made by economy or priority mail with or without tracking and drop-off without signature. It's up to you to choose your preferred delivery method.

What are the delivery times?

We go to the post office every day by scooter or sleigh, depending on the season, so that you can receive your parcel as quickly as possible. Delivery takes an average of 24-48 hours for priority delivery. Packages sent by economy mode take 2-4 working days. For parcels sent outside Switzerland, delivery times may be longer and depending on customs.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, by selecting the in-store collection option when you place your order.

The item(s) I received are not suitable for me. Can I return them?

If one or more items do not meet your expectations, you can return your order within 10 days. All conditions are detailed in our general sales conditions.

I still haven't received my order!

Thanks to the shipment tracking system you'll find when choosing your delivery method, you'll have a tracking number to find out the exact location of your parcel.
