Why a Bryozoan fossil pendant?

Wisdom and memory of roots - Stability - Meaning of life - Incarnation

In lithotherapy, the virtues and properties of Fossil Bryozoary result from its symbol, which links it to the roots of the world and the individual. Associated with the root chakra and the element Earth, the ancestral wisdom of this stone, derived from the fossilized skeletons of aquatic invertebrates, will be extremely useful when faced with existential questions.

It is a stone of anchorage, stability and balance to revitalize the link between body and spirit, thanks to the memory of our personal, family, historical and species roots.

It will fuel our creativity in the face of new and complex situations and be a source of inspiration for those who accompany us on an adventure.

At the frontier of life and death, it is said to be conducive to communicating with the lost memories of our ancestors, so that they can help us by protecting us from harmful energies.

Mineralogy of fossilized bryozoans

Bryozoans - at least the skeletons of aquatic animals - are part of the origin of coral reefs and limestone formations. They appeared on Earth during the Ordovician period. They are therefore hundreds or tens of millions of years old. Calcium carbonate, calcite and aragonite are the most recent, dating from the Upper Cretaceous, between 145 and 66 million years ago.
